Interview With Celebrity Life Coach Sam Miller

From Oprah Winfrey to Leonard Di Caprio, the Hollywood elite are calling upon life coaches to help them manage all aspects of their personal and professional life. Because so many stars are completely overwhelmed with the amount of work they need to manage, celebrities are surrounding themselves with a plethora of experts, mentors, coaches, and consultants to guide them along this arduous road.

We caught up with Sam Miller, founder of the Coaching Institute, who helps many of these actors and celebs deal with all of the hurdles and obstacles that life throws at them.

Who or what inspired you to get into this industry?

Growing up as a child I was raised by a single parent (my mom) who did not have a lot of time for me. So I basically grew up on my own and had to teach myself how to become a man. Through this process I searched out any type of mentor or bit of information to help me along the way. I was hungry to learn as much as I could about self improvement and completely immersed myself in it.

After many years of studying and learning, all of a sudden I went from the student to the teacher and began helping people. This was at the same time the life coaching industry was being born and so I went and got certified and have been practicing since.

What was the motive behind launching the Coaching Institute?

My mission is to provide a service where people who are seeking coaching or mentoring can easily find the perfect person to help them. We see ourselves as a matchmaking service and our goal is to help one million people achieve their goals and live their dreams.

What type of services are you providing?

We offer a free service to potential clients to help match them with the right coach. Through our interview process, we can evaluate their needs and then connect them with up to three coaches that they can then interview.

We also provide a list of resources and tips that they can use to help them prepare for their sessions so that they get the most from them. Coaching can be a bit pricey so we want to make sure that our clients know how to get the most from their investment.

Anything else you would like to share with our readers?
