Step 1:
Step One is oil based cleansing. Do oil and water mix? No, so you need to use a oil based cleanser to remove the excess oils and sebum in your skin.
Step 2:
Step Two is to use a water based cleanser to remove the remnants of the oil cleanser.
Step 3:
Step Three is the toner. Toner balances the pH in your skin. In the 10-step system the next step would be essence. The essence is used to help everything you put on after absorb into your skin. That’s why I formulated the seaweed toner, it not only balances your pH but it also helps everything that comes after absorb like an essence.
Step 4:
Step Four is your treatment/serum. This step is different for everyone. Some of us are fighting hyperpigmentation, acne, fine lines, wrinkles, etc. For myself and a lot of people of color we fight with hyperpigmentation which is “uneven skin tone” and one of the best remedies is Vitamin C.
Step 5:
Step Five is for moisture/ hydration. I formulated a face cream that has hyaluronic acid in it because hyaluronic acid holds 1,000 times its weight in water within the cells of skin to provide extreme hydration to plump the skin.
