An exclusive interview with an experienced pharmacist Dr. D. Och

Pro Media Mag : First of all please tell us about the start of your professional career.
Dr. D. Och : I started as an intern at Rite Aid pharmacy in South Portland, Maine before enrolling in pharmacy school.

Pro Media Mag : Who or what inspired you to get into pharmacy?
Dr. D. Och : I was always interested in the medical field, and I enjoy helping other people, and pharmacy seemed like a good way to become involved doing both.

Pro Media Mag : Tell us a little about some of your key skills?
Dr. D. Och : Experienced in drug utilization review, dispensing prescription orders for hospice, long term care. Consulting with hospice nurses and physician’s regarding patient care.

Pro Media Mag : Our readers would like to know about your project ‘Go Naco Care’?
Dr. D. Och : The mission and vision of GoNacoCare is to provide reliable and compassionate caregivers who are trained and responsible to offer every kind of in-domestic and healthcare aids and cater to the closest needs of their customers

Pro Media Mag : What kind of services you will be offering?
Dr. D. Och : Hourly and live-in care, daily home care, respite home care, walking/transferring assistance, hospital to home care, specialized care, medication reminders, companionship

Pro Media Mag : You will be managing it yourself or you will be hiring other professionals as well for this project?
Dr. D. Och : We will offer a fully-trained staff ranging from trained caregivers, nurses, to the physician level.

Pro Media Mag : What’s the best part of being a pharmacist?
Dr. D. Och : The daily interaction with nurses and patients, assisting them, along with my fellow pharmacy team.
