ACTRESS TEA WAGNER ON HER UPCOMING PROJECTS

ACTRESS TEA WAGNER ON HER UPCOMING PROJECTS

For those who don’t know you, describe yourself in one sentence.
Just one sentence? I would say I am a bubbly 21-year old actress and singer from Vienna, Austria currently enjoying life and working hard in Los Angeles.

What have been the highlights of your career so far and how did you even get into
acting?
Looking back I now realize that even as a kid one of my favorite activities would always be acting! I didn’t start doing it professionally until I was around 14 and started performing in musicals. Some of my highlights would be my feature film “The Chicken Party” that just won the Audience Award at RIFF Film Festival or getting strangled to death in “The Killer From Space” which just got into the prestigious Hollyshorts Film Festival. Also definitely being the voice of Gani the little bus for 3 seasons and getting beheaded in CryptTV’s “Knave”! Oh and maybe my national TV commercial for Mentadent when suddenly there was stickers of my face all over supermarkets in Austria! Also a personal highlight for me is the recent release of my first single and music video since I’ve been working on it for such a long time.
Wow there’s just too much to chose from to pick just a couple highlights!

Do you have any upcoming projects that we should keep an eye out for?
Yes! I recently wrapped an amazing little film called “Blue” directed by Ashley Eakin. She basically had me and the other actress improve which was definitely the most fun I’ve had on set in a while and I can’t wait to see it when it’s released!
Also season 2 and 3 of Tayo the little Bus should be released very soon! Apart from that I’m going to be filming for the fun comedy web-series “Vamps Next Door” soon as well as a secret feature film I can’t tell you about yet!

What’s your favorite part about being on set as an actress?
The crafty table. Just kidding (but not really). I really enjoy meeting so many different creative people on set for every single project, there’s nothing I love more than getting together with creatives. We all put in our part of the work and the end-product shows all of our efforts combined. People only see the actors and actresses but I think the real star of a movie is everyone else from the director to the set designer because we would be nothing without them.

What would you say to your 10-year-old self?
Work hard and follow your dreams! Life is going to be tough at times but it’s all going to be worth it in the end! I know all you want is to have fun but there ain’t no fun without hard work! I hope my 10-year-old self would be proud of me.

Where can we stay updated about your life?
You can follow me on my instagram @tea.belle which I put a lot of effort into! Also I have a website and a Youtube Channel and by the way you should totally download my song “Pink Paradise” on Spotify or wherever you stream music!
