Connor Jude Animus Vici interview

Pro Media Mag : First of all please introduce yourself to our readers?
Connor Jude : I am Connor Jude, just an average guy with a lot of drive to make the world a better place, and I thought I could start by raising funds for kids with cancer by selling clothes.

Pro Media Mag : Who or what inspired you to launch Animus Vici?
Connor Jude : It’s all about the kids! I don’t think anyone can say a kid deserves to have cancer. My inspiration came when I was actually at an independent TED talk where a man nicknamed Tattoo Tom was giving a talk about losing his daughter to cancer and how cancer research hasn’t had a major breakthrough in over 30 years! I couldn’t believe that we had had such little progress and that kids were having their lives taken away from them. So I thought the least I could do is raise money for cancer research by selling t-shirts.

Pro Media Mag : You are on the mission to end childhood cancer. Our readers would like to know more about that?
Connor Jude : Yes! Animus Vici’s primary mission is to end childhood cancer. We give 50% of our profits to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, who does fantastic work! Not only do they treat the kids and families affected for free, but also do amazing stuff in terms of research! So by buying a shirt, you’re not only helping pay for a kid’s cancer treatment, but also investing in a future where no kid has cancer!

Pro Media Mag : You have worked at NASA and also on key positions in renowned companies. From where did the passion for working for others come ?
Connor Jude : It started with the knowledge that everything I do I am responsible for. If I want the world to be a better place, I need to be that change. I have always had a drive, and just like St. Jude who is the saint for impossible causes, I will fight for things that seem impossible to accomplish. I hope that what I am doing will inspire others to fight for things they feel passionate for.

Pro Media Mag : Tell us about your clothing range on Animus Vici?
Connor Jude : We have an amazing range of premium clothing and accessories all below what our competitors are selling at. From minimalistic to artistic to fuego jackets, we have a ton of unique stylish clothing items. The clothes don’t stay stagnant either, we release a new hip line of clothing in the fall and spring of each year!

Pro Media Mag : What’s the exact process, how can someone buying from Animus Vici prove to be a helping hand in your mission?
Connor Jude : Excellent Pro Media Mag! Every buyer is absolutely instrumental in ending childhood cancer. The Customer is actually helping us in two ways when they make a purchase. Not only do they give money for a kid’s cancer treatment, but also by wearing our shirts and telling your friends about us, you’re raising awareness for childhood cancer!

Pro Media Mag : Anything else you would like to share with our readers?
Connor Jude : We actually just released our fall collection on animusvici.com, and you should go check it out! I guarantee you’ll find something you love on there.
